Admission

(This policy only applies to long-term courses. Short-term courses – NO REFUND)

Cancellation by Trainee:

• • If a trainee chooses to withdraw their enrollment and has not yet received any services, they are eligible for a refund amounting to 25% of the total fees paid. This refund accounts for administrative costs.

• • Application and Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• • If a trainee has paid for a month in advance but has not started their course, they will also receive a 25% refund.

• • After the second week of training, no refund will be issued.

• • Trainees are not permitted to put their studies on hold.

• • Trainees must submit all institutional materials prior to cancellation. Personalized items, such as trainee cards, are exempt from the refund process.

• • Refund requests must be accompanied by a completed refund form and bank details.

• • Refunds will be processed within 90 days of receiving the completed form and details.

• • Refunds can be issued to the person who made the payment on behalf of the trainee if requested.

I am aware that I am entitled to thoroughly read the rules and regulations of J&P Vocational Centre. If I sign this form, it means I agree to all institutional rules and regulations. I will not claim ignorance as they are clearly outlined in the form.

I hereby declare that the information provided in this application is true and correct. I understand that any false information may result in disqualification from the course. I also acknowledge that I have read and understood the Refund Policy and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of J&P Vocational Centre.
